By using the four key design categories deduced from the research and brief, sketching was done in various views to discover themes or distinct cues for the design of the vehicle. Themes such as "heritage", "high-tech", and "blatant trophy truck" were all ideas that were explored in depth.
A feature that was a must from the very first sketches was the use of the fenders as a means of reshaping the grille fascia. This trait was characteristic throughout the whole process, making its way to the final product.
