The front bumper was developed in-house, while the rest of the kit was engineered by third party groups. This bumper design was made to act as a cover for the OEM bumper in order to prevent risking decreased performance in crashes. Assembly and manufacturing solutions were solved by collaborating with the in-house engineering team. The main bumper body is thermoformed, whilst the trim pieces are injection molded. Custom spacers were also made to support areas of the cover that did not contact the OEM bumper, and the splitter is a custom carbon fiber part.
